OneDirectory pricing is based on your company size, with a Pro plan for most organizations and an Enterprise plan for larger or more complex needs.
Pro plan
Pro is priced by the number of employee profiles in your directory, in bands (for example up to 250, 251–750, 751–2,000, and 2,001–5,000 profiles). You can pay monthly or yearly, and yearly billing is discounted. Pro includes the full directory, org chart, profiles, people search, automatic Microsoft 365 sync, custom fields, skills, offices/departments/org units, dotted-line reporting, advanced filtering, and SSO.
Enterprise plan
For more than 5,000 profiles or complex requirements, Enterprise adds unlimited profiles, custom rollout support, a dedicated account manager, an SLA, data residency (EU/AU), multi-tenant directory, custom terms & procurement, and custom features.
What counts toward your plan?
Your plan is based on the number of employee profiles in your directory. Use filtering rules to exclude guests, external accounts, and service accounts so they don’t count — see Understanding Filtering Rules.
