Every account starts with a free 14-day trial of the Pro plan, where you explore a sample company. When you are ready, connect your own Microsoft 365 data and upgrade to a paid plan.

In your trial, click <b>"You're exploring a sample company. Add your company"</b> in the top bar. The setup window walks you through signing in with Microsoft and connecting your Microsoft 365 data, which builds your real directory. See <a href="https://onedirectory.com/help/en/articles/15645432-setting-up-your-onedirectory-environment-connect-microsoft-365" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Setting up your OneDirectory environment</a>.

Choose the company-size band that fits your organization, and whether you want monthly or yearly billing (yearly is discounted). Purchase by credit card, or contact our team to arrange invoicing. You can start the upgrade from the pricing page or by chatting to our team.

If your trial is ending and you need more time, contact us. For large or complex organizations, ask about the Enterprise plan or a Proof of Concept.
