There is nothing you need to do to cancel a OneDirectory trial. Your trial expires automatically at the end of the 14-day period, and because trials use sample company data and are not connected to your Microsoft 365 tenant, there is no sync to disconnect and none of your own data is held in the trial.

If you would like your trial environment and sign-up details removed before the trial ends:

1. Email our support team at support@onedirectory.com with your cancellation request.

2. Your request will be processed within 5 business days of submission.
