You can cancel your OneDirectory subscription at any time. To make sure it’s processed, follow the steps below.
How to cancel
Send a cancellation request in writing to one of the following. Any other method won’t be treated as a cancellation:
Email support@onedirectory.com
Your OneDirectory Account Manager (by email, phone, or video call)
When it takes effect
If you cancel before the end of your current paid month or year, your cancellation takes effect immediately and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months, upgrades or downgrades, or unused time on an open account.
Note: OneDirectory may also suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or misuse of the service. |
