Your OneDirectory trial lasts 14 days, giving you time to explore the platform with a sample company.
Options before your trial expires
• Add your company: click "You're exploring a sample company. Add your company" in the top bar to connect your Microsoft 365 data and build your real directory.
• Extend your trial: need more time? You can request an extension. Learn how to extend your trial.
• Let your trial expire: no action is needed if you decide not to continue. Your trial expires automatically at the end of the 14-day period.
What happens after your trial expires
When your trial expires, you lose access to the trial environment. Trials use sample company data and are not connected to your Microsoft 365 tenant, so none of your own directory data is affected and there is nothing to disconnect on your side.
