Configuring click-to-call (your VoIP dialer)

Phone numbers on profiles can be click-to-call through your VoIP provider (e.g. RingCentral or Dialpad), once it's set up.

Written by Greg Bennett

Phone numbers on OneDirectory profiles can be click-to-call, opening a call in your organization’s phone (VoIP) system.

How it works

When you click a phone number on a profile, OneDirectory hands the call off to your configured VoIP provider — for example RingCentral or Dialpad. As long as your VoIP is set up, the call opens in that provider.

Setting up or changing your provider

Click-to-call works with your VoIP provider once it’s configured. To set it up, or to switch providers (for example RingCentral to Dialpad), contact OneDirectory Support.

Note: Click-to-call requires a working VoIP provider on your side. Tell support which provider you use and we’ll configure it.
