Finding people in an org chart

Use the find button in the org chart toolbar to collapse a chart to the people who match a name or job title.

Use the find button in the org chart toolbar to locate someone inside a chart.

Find someone in a chart

  1. Open an org chart from the OneDirectory sidebar.

  2. Click the find button in the org chart toolbar.

  3. Type a name or a job title.

The chart collapses to just the people who match, along with the reporting lines down to them, and shows a count of how many were found. This makes it quick to locate someone in a large structure, and to see where they sit.

The main search box searches the directory

The search box at the top of the page always searches the directory, wherever you are. There are no longer Directory and Org Chart tabs to switch between.

So use the main search box to find a person anywhere in OneDirectory, and the find button inside a chart to narrow that chart down.
