OneDirectory

OneDirectory allows you to control whether employees can download the org chart. By default, this feature is enabled but can be turned off or on at any time.

How to enable or disable org chart downloads

In your live directory, click Edit in Console in the top bar, or click Directory Console at the bottom of the OneDirectory sidebar.

In the Directory Console sidebar, select Org Charts.

- Switch on to allow employees to download the org chart to PNG and SVG.
- Switch off to prevent downloads and hide the Download button in the org chart.

Click Save Org Chart Settings to apply your changes.

1. In your live directory, click Edit in Console in the top bar, or click Directory Console at the bottom of the OneDirectory sidebar.
2. In the Directory Console sidebar, select Org Charts.
3. Open the Settings tab.
4. Find Enable download:
 - Switch on to allow employees to download the org chart to PNG and SVG.
 - Switch off to prevent downloads and hide the Download button in the org chart.
5. Click Save Org Chart Settings to apply your changes.

Note: This is a global setting that affects all users in your organization. Console Org Charts is Administrator-only.

Turn org chart downloads on or off in Directory Console > Org Charts > Settings.
