People search results can be grouped and sorted to help you explore your organization in different ways.
Group results
Use Group by to cluster people by a field — for example Manager, Department, Office, or location. Grouping by Manager is a quick way to visualize reporting lines without opening the org chart.
Sort results
Use Sort by to order results by a field, such as name or Manager.
Manager in list view
In list view you can show the Manager field as a column, and it’s included when you export results to CSV.
Tip: Group by Manager, then export to CSV for a quick reporting-line snapshot of any team. |
