The Administrator role in OneDirectory is designed for users who need full control over the platform's settings and configurations.
Administrator Access & Permissions
Full Settings Access: Administrators can access and modify all settings within OneDirectory, including general setup, org chart configuration, field syncing, filtering rules, and the Access section itself.
Editing in the Directory Console: All directory editing happens in the Directory Console. Administrators can open it from the live directory by clicking Edit in Console in the top bar, next to your profile picture. In the Console you can build and customize offices, departments, and organizational units, hide or show people, and edit profile fields that have been made editable.
User Management: Administrators can add, remove, and modify user roles within the Access section by entering the user's email and selecting their role from the dropdown menu.
With the Administrator role, users have comprehensive control over OneDirectory, ensuring they can fully customize and manage the platform to meet their organization's needs.
