The Overview page is the Directory Console homepage. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your directory’s health and a quick way to share it.
Open the Overview page
In the OneDirectory sidebar (your live employee directory), click Directory Console at the bottom.
The Console opens on the Overview page (or select Overview in the Directory Console sidebar).
What’s on the page
Employee Directory Link — your directory’s URL. Use the copy icon to share it. Sign-in requires Microsoft 365.
Sync Status — your data source, when it last polled for changes, and when it last synced. Manage data sources jumps to Data Sources.
Profile Completeness — field coverage across visible profiles (Display Name, Email, Photo, Job Title, Department, Manager, Work Phone).
Profiles card — total accounts, visible vs hidden (by rules vs manually), and your number of departments.
Tip: Use the Employee Directory Link to share your directory, or add a deep link to your intranet for one-click access. |
