If the Photo field is set to editable, you can update your own profile photo right from your profile in OneDirectory.

Open your profile and click Edit my profile.

Upload a new photo, or replace your existing one.

Administrators and Directory Editors can edit anyone’s photo, either on the person’s profile or in Directory Console → People. To let your team change their own, make the Photo field editable: go to Directory Console → Fields, click the Photo field, set its data source to OneDirectory, and choose the edit permissions.
