Turn fields on or off to control what’s available on profiles, in Fields.
Open Fields
In the OneDirectory sidebar (your live employee directory), click Directory Console at the bottom, or click Edit in Console in the top bar.
In the Directory Console sidebar, select Fields.
Enable or disable a field
Click the field in the Profile Fields list to open its panel.
Toggle Enabled on or off.
Disabled fields move to the Disabled Fields list at the bottom of the page — re-enable them from there anytime. They keep their data while disabled.
